Eviction Records

  • Do you provide credit reports?

    No Ted is not a credit reporting agency. TED is a database designed specifically for use by Landlords, Property Managers and Apartment Complex managers to search and report evictions in real time.

  • Do you report to credit companies?

    Not at this time.

  • How are tenants entered in the database?

    After a member has filed an eviction and has a case number, they can enter the tenants information and the case number into the database. after that anyone can see the eviction.

  • Can TED enter information into the database for me?

    Yes. For a nominal fee of $1.00 per entry, the staff will be more than happy to enter your data.

  • Are we held liable for the information entered into the database?

    Not once TED verifies it.

  • How do I know that the information is accurate?

    All information provided by members is verified using public Court records and after the information is verified, there will be a stamp saying that it is verified.

  • What if I don’t have a court case number yet but my tenants aren’t paying rent?

    First I would suggest that your either contact a Para-legal or Attorney and start the eviction. Once you get a Court case number, you can then enter the tenants information in the TED database.

  • What do I do if a tenant finds out that I have listed them on the TED Database?

    Nothing. As long as the information you entered on the database is accurate, the information from the Court is public information. If you made a mistake, contact us so we can help you change it.

  • How do I update or change information on a tenant?

    You simply go to the data you entered on the tenant and hit edit. You will the receive an e-mail from us to confirm that you want to update or change information on the tenant. This is done so that someone who is not a member cannot come into the site and randomly change information.

  • How soon will the information I entered on the tenant be available on TED?

    As soon as you hit enter, the information is on the site, where any other member can search it.

  • What if I want to remove an entire file or tenant?

    You would have to contact us at Customer Service and we would walk you through the steps.

    NO FILE WILL BE DELETED EXCEPT BY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  • Can the registered member “loan out” his or her membership to other people?

    No. Only the registered member may use their membership. This way no wrong information is entered into the database under your membership.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    You simply use the CONTACT US page to E-mail us, letting us know that you would like to cancel your membership.

  • Who can subscribe?

    Only Landlords, Property Managers and Apartment Complex Managers can join. This is a private website designed especially for them.
